How soon will the furniture arrive after ordering? Normally the goods will arrive in 10-14 days.
Please check the furniture as soon as they arrive to make sure they are in good condition. We always check the order twice before we ship it out. So, if damage on delivery, please let us know soon. TAKE PICTURES IMMEDIATELY! We have to get the pictures as a proof to claim it to transportation company. If you notice any visible damage, check it right away before signing the BOL or refused it due to damage appearance. For trucking company, it is very important to check, because once you sign the BOL, that means you accept it without any claim. If you see any damage on crate/pallet/skid, and still want to accept it, please make a note of BOL and ask the copy receipt that shows your note. This is very important for us to file a claim.
The warranty is 2 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use. Cushion only 1 year warranty. We have a limited warranty. If there is manufacture defect, you have to return it back to us with their own shipping cost and pay the shipping cost to ship it back. We will take care of the damaged product but not the shipping cost. Please contact us for a return goods authorization.
Usually, it will take about 12-16 weeks. 50% Down Payment (DP) and if the order is canceled , we can not return the DP.
1. Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Anderson original boxes and without writing on the box.
2. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will credit your account in full amount of the order, excluding shipping.
3. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days only. After 7 days, there is no service. NO EXCEPTION.
4. Pictures are required to claim merchandise defective. Please e-mail to cs@andersoncollections.com or mail in to our address.
5. We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
6. There will be 15% re-stocking fee for all return items (call for details).
7. Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through carrier. Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages (make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
8. All returned shipments must be freight prepaid and include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice.
9. No cash refunds. Exchange and credit only.
